The Salem Health Foundation’s 18th Annual Wellness Classic Golf Tournament is on Monday, September 8, 2025 at Creekside Golf Club in Salem. Proceeds from the Wellness Classic will support Salem Health Foundation’s Greatest Needs fund, which supports hospital programs and community health projects in the Mid-Willamette Valley.
Please join us for a fun-filled day of golf. The scramble format tournament features 4-person teams with a shotgun start at 9:00am. The day is all-inclusive of golf, meals, snacks, beverages, a post-event reception, prizes and awards.
