Serving Those Who Need Us Most

Salem Health Foundation’s Patient Assistance Fund provide vital support to patients in need. Through this fund, patients receive assistance with copays, medication, durable medical equipment, food and local transportation.

Salem Health staff are often the ones that see the patient needs most clearly and initiate requests. They are compassionate for the financial and personal vulnerability faced by many patients in our community.

By working with Salem Health staff to identify urgent needs, the Foundation can use the Patient Assistance Fund to eliminate barriers to care.
