Working to Make an Impact
Salem Health and the Salem Health Foundation engage with the community through a variety of outreach efforts. This collaborative work is called Community Health Impact. Every Community Health Impact program, event or initiative forwards a shared mission to create a healthier community.
Some of this work includes:
- Charity Care: Providing free or discounted health care services to those in need
- Community Partnership Grants: Investing in local projects that improve community health
- Education: Hosting experts to speak on health issues that matter to our community
- Convening: Fostering open discussions about critical community health issues
