Eagles Auxiliary Celebrates 28 Years of Giving

This year marks the 28th year the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary has made a donation to Salem Health in support of healthcare services in our community. At the March meeting the Women presented foundation development officer, Micheal Seraphin, with a check for $1,000 to be used for heart services.

The auxiliary presented its first gift to the foundation in 1995, in the amount of $585. With the recent gift, the Auxiliary has contributed $62,300 for foundation-supported programs and services including heart health, cancer, diabetes, pediatrics, and stuffed animals for children coming into the hospital’s Emergency Department.

We are so grateful for the wonderful support the foundation has received over the past 28 years from the Eagles Auxiliary. It is quite an achievement to donate over $62,000 to help meet the healthcare needs of our community.
