The Salem Health Foundation, Salem Health West Valley Foundation, and the Salem Health Projects Committee award scholarships to community members pursuing degrees in health care.
The Foundations’ scholarship program began in 1968. Since then we have awarded over $4 million in scholarships. The Salem Health Projects Committee has supported students for more than 25 years.

Empowering Regional Healthcare: Salem Health Foundations’ $125,600 in Scholarships Makes a Difference
The Salem Health Foundation and the Salem Health West Valley Foundation are thrilled to announce that they have awarded $125,600 in scholarships to 126 aspiring healthcare professionals. These scholarships are a form of investment in the future of healthcare. By providing the next generation of frontline workers with the financial resources to further their education, the Foundation’s scholarships are helping curate a passionate cohort of healthcare professionals who will make a positive impact in delivering quality care and addressing the evolving needs of our community!
Every year, the Foundations grant scholarships to students and current Salem Health employees seeking to further their education in healthcare related fields. Since 1968, the Salem Health Foundation and the Salem Health West Valley Foundation have awarded over $4 million in scholarships.
