West Valley Goes “All In” to Support Health Care Scholarships

The Salem Health West Valley Foundation recently held a fundraiser called “All In for Health Care Scholarship” at the Independence Hotel.  The event aimed to raise money for its annual scholarship program designed to help students pursuing degrees in health care fields, such as nursing. Providing scholarships helps these students achieve their dreams and ultimately improves the quality of health care in the West Valley region.

Community members who attended enjoyed playing games such as blackjack, poker, and roulette (provided by The Party Team) while listening to live music from the Latin band Yuma de Cuba. Many local businesses supported the event by donating silent auction items. These businesses include Annie’s Jammies, Cristom Vineyards, Cubanismo Vineyards, Grazing Fields Charcuterie, Parallel 45 Brewing, Salt Creek Cider House and Van Duzer Yineyards.

The success of the event is a testament to the community’s commitment to supporting education and health care. Thank you to everyone who came to support the next generation of health care professionals.
